FR115A is based on Fischer-Tropsch synthetic wax produced by domestic coal-to-liquids manufacturers. It is prepared through pretreatment, short-path distillation, hydrorefining and other processes. It has a high melting point, low oil content, small penetration, hard and wear-resistant. It is almost free of impurities such as sulfur, nitrogen, aromatic hydrocarbons, etc. It is mainly used in hot melt adhesives, PVC heat stabilizers, inks, coatings, plastic processing lubricants, rubber and plastic processing, masterbatch dispersants and other fields.
